A gift can be made in many forms, including cash, money order, bank draft and more. Please fill out the following “Form of Giving”
NTNUHF of N.A. is approved as a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization by IRS on April, 2020; your gift may be eligible to be Tax Deductible.
if your gift is from the Donor-Advised Funds (DAF)* or Qualified Charity Distribution (QCD)*, please kindly provide the following information to your Brokerage / Financial Institutions.
